“Umbria in the dish” is the first guide of the restaurants of the region. 142 restaurants were reviewed (40 new ones) in an absolutely anonymous way and with a lot of votes, and also information sheets on structures with non-hotel accommodation and on wine and oil producers with qualitative analysis of one of their labels.
