Gran Sasso
Gran Sasso National Park – Laga
Le più belle escursioni
The highest mountain in the Apennines, a colossus of rock a few kilometers from the sea, surrounded by a crown of giants.
The Intermesoli, the Corvo, the Cefalone, and then the Brancastello, the Prena, the Bandiera. A mighty chain of over 30 km that crosses the center of Italy imposing itself on the low hills that slope down to the sea.
Now a National Park, the Gran Sasso is a true and complete mountain: vast woods, immense grassy plateaus, vertiginous walls.
A choice of 64 itineraries to follow on foot to get to know all its aspects, from challenging climbs to the highest peaks to walks to visit castles and hermitages.
A rain of news, anecdotes, pills of history, which enrich and make the walk more exciting.
