Il cammino di don Tonino Bello.
400 km in Puglia, da Molfetta ad Alessano
A life spent “on the pace of the least”. Don Tonino opened his house to the poor and migrants, fought with the dismissed workers, founded a welcoming community. And marched for peace: as in 1992 in Sarajevo, under the bombs, with 500 pacifists. An example that still lives today, among the narrow streets of Molfetta, the olive trees and dry-stone walls of his hometown in the heart of Salento. A journey to discover (or rediscover) that “priest in an apron” who has always accompanied words with deeds. With all the information to get on the road: detailed maps, public transport, elevations, descriptions of the route, accommodations, places not to be missed along each stage. In addition, to accompany us day by day, some of Tonino Bello’s most significant songs for a physical and spiritual journey in his footsteps.
