And then in Piedmont: along the hills of the morainic amphitheater, through the Canavese vineyards, with Viverone and its lake of glacial origin that legend has it populated by dragons, up to the cultivation of fine rice in the Vercelli area. For each stage, detailed maps, elevations, description of the route, where to sleep, and the most significant places to visit.
