With the fourth volume of the “more than 1000” series, we return to Liguria. So let’s take a big step towards the conclusion, for now, of the itineraries in the Levant of this region. This series of books of itineraries on the Apennines, from Liguria to the Marches, is called “More than 1000”. It’s the name that came to my mind when I started making ring excursions with more than 1000 meters in altitude. They soon became a pretext to resume touring, in a more or less systematic way, throughout the northern Apennines; a kind of continuous geography lesson Around the “main” itinerary there are many others, described or that you can imagine; there is also the way to quickly reach the most interesting places. The aim is to guide, but also to inspire to do it yourself.
